Lecture Series

Since 2011, the Centre for Medieval and Early Modern Studies has been organising a lecture series with a different focus every six months.

The lecture series usually takes place during the lecture period on Tuesdays at 19:30 in lecture theatre 318 of the New University(Sanderring 2). The exact dates and current information can be found on the pages of the individual lecture series.

Registration is generally not necessary. Admission is free.

The lecture series can be credited towards the degree programme if it is attended in full and a corresponding examination is completed.

Crediting is possible in the following areas:

General Key Qualifications (ASQ) / Interdisciplinary Free Area (FÜG)
Registration for the examination and booking via WueStudy - Module 00-MfN-RV;
Examination registration possible from 16.12. in the winter semester or from 16.06. in the summer semester

Faculty-wide free area Faculty of Arts and Humanities
Confirmation on the routing slip of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities;
Submission of the original routing slip upon request

Practical module in the MA "Medieval and Early Modern Studies"
Confirmation on the routing slip of the Master's degree programme;
Submission of the original routing slip upon request
